What is the Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)?
The Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a dysfunction of the bowel.
People with IBS have extremely sensitive nerves and muscles in
the bowel. Therefore the muscles in the bowel sometimes painfully
cramp during food intake. That can result in diarrhea during
or right after a meal. IBS does however not cause any damage to the

change your diet in order to avoid certain symptoms.
Foods to avoid:
· Fried and fatty food
· Milk products
· Chocolate
· Alcohol
· Caffeine
